Lego Lab

Every other Monday, our class will visit the Lego Lab at WPS to do a hands-on build activity. Today was our first visit! Our lesson today began with a brainstorm of a list of nouns that are associated with Fall. Once our list was completed and we couldn't think of any more ideas, students each chose one to create with their lego blocks. Students had about 15 minutes to build before they needed to draw a representation of their creation and count the blocks of each color that they used. What a fun addition to our Monday!
